At the moment we accept direct bank transfers only , Credit card payments are temporary discontinued .
Normal warranty covers 2 years stitches to stitch . How ever there is an option for extend warranty with much more benefits . Blowers got 1 year normal warranty .
The amount you see in the invoice is what you will pay . How ever it is optional to pay GST once you pick up the product or once you place the order . Many customers get in to trouble when order from other companies . Because customs clearing fee and other import charges are hidden in the invoice . But we assure you will only spend what you see in the invoice .
All payments should be made to our Australian bank account in Australian Dollars

Normal shipping time will be 2 weeks . But depending on the situation it might be vary . We will take about 2 weeks for production . And assure you if all payment has been done on time . We will ship immediately once the production is done .
Every commercial grade inflatable we produce eligible for warranty of 2 years .
customized products are not refundable.
We do out best to be accurate on measurements , But sometimes there might have ±0.5m difference of the products
Most of the time products will be shipped from our factory in overseas . But stock items will be shipped from our office in NSW
